How Much Does it Cost to Take the SAT?

Additional Registration Fees
For the following services, additional fees are charged
- Test Center Fee: For the SAT some test centers are known to charge an allocation fee that is $24
- Late Registration Fee: Due to any problem if you registered ahead of the deadline for the SAT. You will be charged $34 for late registration.
- Changing Test Center: For any reason, if you have to change your test center you will have to pay $29 for changing your test center.
- Canceling Your Registration: In order to cancel your SAT registration $29 should be paid as a fee for canceling your registration.
- Late Cancellation Fee: If you want to cancel your registration ahead of the deadline, the fee is $39.
Fee For Score Services
For score services, $14 is charged per report. The first four score reports are free if you request them within nine days after the test. After that, you will charged for additional score reports.
- Rushed Reports: For urgent or rushed reports, you have to pay a $31 fee.
- Score Report via Phone: In order to receive the score report by phone call, $15 will be charged per call.
- Archived Scores: For getting the scores that are archived, the fee is $35.
- Verification of The Score: To verify your SAT score, the fee is $55.
International Registration Fees
For students registering for the SAT outside the United States, the cost to take the SAT as per the registration fee is $68 plus a regional fee of $43.
